Adverse Weather 

If the Headteacher decides, in the light of local circumstances, to close the school due to adverse        weather – then the following procedures apply:

1. The school will put information about the closure on the website and school Facebook page within seconds of the decision.

2. All local radio stations will be informed of the decision although this tends to take a while to be announced or find its way onto their own websites.

3. The school will also send out text messages informing you of the decision.
